È dal 2 maggio che non posto un journal, e da prima ancora non posto disegni! Che vergogna... chiedo scusa per questo lungo silenzio a chi mi segue qui su DA, ma vi assicuro che non si tratta di pigrizia: diciamo che la mia vita è stata alquanto complessa, ultimamente. Dovrei tornare a mostrarvi i miei lavori quest'inverno (spero).
Intanto, dopo quella che appunto annunciavo nel mio ultimo journal, mi accingo a tenere una nuova "conferenza" per la collana Dinosauri, sabato 15 novembre a Milano (inquadrata in Bookcity 2014, wow!). È già in programmazione un'altra per l'anno prossimo, ma ancora non so esattamente dove e quando, quindi stay tuned.
La notiziona è che alla conferenza del 2015 parlerò della collana, finalmente, insieme a Marco Signore: paleontologo, paleobiologo, co-autore della collana (curò l'aspetto scientifico e scrisse il plot del 4° volume) e – soprattutto – mio grande amico.
Credo che tra non molto posterò delle cosucce sull'aviazione militare fatte questa estate nei ritagli di tempo: non è niente che rappresenti quello per cui sto lavorando negli ultimi mesi, ma non è giusto che lasci la gallery inattiva per così tanto, quindi meglio che niente.
Insomma, vi lascio restando proiettato sul futuro. I'm still alive.

My last journal dates back to May 2nd, and the last time I posted some art was even further back! What a shame... I apologize for this long silence with the ones who follow me here on DA, but I can assure you that was not laziness: let's say that my life has been quite complex, lately. I should get back to show you my works during the oncoming winter (at least I hope so).
In the meantime, after the one I announced in my previous journal (which was Italian only), I'm going to attend a new "conference/lecture" about my Dinosaurs books, this saturday in Milan. This one will also be in Italy and in Italian, of course, but I thought that would be nice to let you know about it. So I'm going to tell you also that there will be another "conference/lecture" on the same theme next year – of course in Northern Italy, but I still don't know exactly when or where. This time the big news is that I won't be alone: next year Marco Signore will also attend the "lecture". For those who don't know Mr. Signore, he's a paleontologist, a paleobiologist, co-author of my books (he curated the scientific part of the books and wrote a plot for the 4th one) and – above all – a great friend of mine.
I think I'll soon post some "little things" about military aviation I did this summer during my spare time: nothing representing what I actually worked for during these months, but since it isn't nice to leave my gallery inactive for such a long time...
So, I'm all towards future. I'm still alive.
